MixGenizer is Genizer’s high pressure micromix homogenizer designed for mixing and homogenizing sample fluids from two or more inlet ports. For nanoemulsion development, the system enables a streamlined one-step workflow: the aqueous phase and oil phase are introduced through separate inlets, accelerated under high pressure, and combined inside a Y-Type Diamond Mixing Chamber. The opposing streams experience high shear and intense impact, promoting rapid droplet breakup and producing a small, uniform, stable nanoemulsion output.

With pressure capability up to 30,000 psi and flow rate up to 240 mL/min, MixGenizer supports scalable formulation research from early screening to process development. The touch-screen control system, pressure or speed control, and settable volume functions help improve repeatability while reducing manual process complexity. The platform is suitable for nanoemulsions, nanodispersions, micro/nanoencapsulation in polymers, lipids and oils, suspensions, deagglomeration, and advanced delivery formulation workflows.

Typical nanoemulsion application areas include oral liquid formulations, spray delivery systems, topical formulations, and encapsulation or lipid-based carrier systems. By generating fine and consistent droplets, MixGenizer helps formulation teams improve dispersion, enhance stability, and support repeatable results without adding unnecessary processing steps.
