Genizer at AAPS PharmaSci 360

Genizer AAPS PharmaSci 360 2026 preview featuring ManuGenizer for continuous industrial production, smart control, flow and pressure ranges, and application areas.
Genizer will exhibit at AAPS PharmaSci 360 2026 in New Orleans, Louisiana, from October 25 to 28. Visitors can meet the Genizer team at Booth 1145 and explore processing platforms designed for controlled, scalable nanomaterial preparation and continuous industrial production.

The featured ManuGenizer platform is an industrial high-pressure microjet processing system for continuous manufacturing. Depending on configuration, the platform covers flow rates from 120 to 1,000 L/h and operating pressures from 20,000 to 30,000 psi, with customized flow capacities available up to 2,000 L/h. Hydraulic drive, long-duration continuous operation, and configurable system design support production environments where process stability and batch-to-batch consistency are important.

Genizer will also highlight its integrated approach to microjet processing, microfluidics, continuous manufacturing, and smart control. The full product line supports intelligent control functions, while ManuGenizer configurations can support CIP/SIP integration and aseptic processing requirements based on project needs.

Application areas include nanoformulations such as lipid emulsions and nanocrystals; nanomaterials and slurries such as graphene and carbon nanotubes; and functional powders and nanoparticles such as carbon powders and catalyst powders. These examples are presented as processing applications and do not make therapeutic or product-performance claims.

Visit Genizer at Booth 1145 to discuss process requirements, scale-up considerations, and suitable system configurations for research and industrial manufacturing workflows.
