2026 Microjet Homogenizer Product Guide | Genizer
2026 Microjet Homogenizer Product Guide | Genizer
Genizer’s microjet homogenizer portfolio is designed to support process development from laboratory screening through pilot scale and industrial production. The range covers approximately 1 mL/min to 1,000 L/h, with larger ManuGenizer configurations customizable up to 2,000 L/h. Across the portfolio, microjet processing can be combined with microfluidics and continuous-flow process strategies, while smart-control options support repeatable operation, parameter setting, and process monitoring. The series is intended for formulation development, scale-up studies, continuous manufacturing evaluation, and production-oriented processing.
Laboratory Systems
Laboratory Systems

At laboratory scale, NanoGenizer is configured for precise high-pressure dosing with 0.1 mL resolution, up to 16.0 mL per injection, pressure up to 45,000 psi, and speed or pressure operating modes. The recommended chamber is F12Y-RT. MixGenizer, recommended with the F20X chamber, supports microliter/microsecond microfluidic dosing, synchronized dual-phase feeding, and one-step emulsification workflows. NanoGenizer-Dual extends laboratory development into programmable continuous-flow microjet processing, with 6–20 L/h flow and pressure up to 30,000 psi. Systems can be configured for independent, parallel, or serial operation; NanoGenizer-Quad supports four-stage continuous homogenization.
Pilot Systems

For pilot development, UltraGenizer provides ultra-high-pressure microjet processing up to 60,000 psi, 0.1 mL dosing resolution, and a maximum injection volume of 26.0 mL. PilotGenizer covers 20–60 L/h and supports microjet, microfluidics, continuous flow, and smart control, with both speed and pressure modes. SIP and CIP support can be specified for process development where aseptic processing requirements are relevant, helping teams transfer operating logic from laboratory equipment toward larger-scale systems.
Production Systems

At production scale, ProdGenizer covers 100–300 L/h and combines speed/pressure control with microjet, microfluidic, and continuous-flow options. ManuGenizer covers 120–1,000 L/h, with customizable flow up to 2,000 L/h, and offers manual or smart-control operation with hydraulic power for industrial manufacturing. Representative non-drug applications include cosmetic active nanoemulsions such as DHA and Coenzyme Q10, food and nutrition systems such as lutein and vitamins, and functional powders or nanoparticles such as carbon powder and catalyst powders. This product range provides a structured path for evaluating process parameters and scaling homogenization workflows across development stages.
